Masters of Science in Teaching - Visual Arts

If you have the passion to ignite creativity in young minds, the MST in Visual Arts is for you. Study sound theories and effective practices for teaching Visual Arts so that all children can learn self-expression about themselves and others in the world around them. This 34-credit program can be completed in under two years and meets all NYS Education Department's requirements to teach visual arts to grades Pre-K through 12. This program will prepare you to take on the many roles in the realm of visual arts, including visual arts teachers.

Transcripts from every accredited college or university attended (not just the degree granting institution) must be sent either to Pace University, directly from the academic institution electronically or by mail, or forwarded by the applicant in sealed envelopes from the academic institution.
